Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

KANPURIYA MOUTHFRESHNER is committed to protecting children and reporting any violations to law enforcement.

1. Our Commitment

KANPURIYA MOUTHFRESHNER, operated by C.G.GROUP, is an employment-matching platform that connects adult workers with adult employers across India. We are committed to creating a safe environment and have zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.

This page outlines our Child Safety Standards in compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy, applicable Indian laws including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.

2. Age Restriction

Our platform is strictly intended for users aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly:

  • Allow registration by anyone under 18 years of age.
  • Collect, store, or process personal information from minors.
  • Display or facilitate any content involving or targeted at minors.
  • Permit job listings that involve child labour, in any form, anywhere on the platform.

If we become aware that a user is under 18, their account is immediately suspended and all associated data is deleted within 24 hours.

3. Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on KANPURIYA MOUTHFRESHNER and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any image, video, audio, or text that sexually exploits or abuses a minor.
  • Grooming behaviour: Attempts to befriend, manipulate, or sexually solicit a minor.
  • Child labour postings: Job listings that request, hire, or refer to workers under 18 in any capacity.
  • Trafficking: Any content or activity that facilitates the trafficking of minors.
  • Sextortion: Threatening to share intimate images of a minor to extort money, services, or further imagery.
  • Sharing personal information of minors: Phone numbers, photos, addresses, or schools of children.
  • Bullying or harassment of minors: Through chat, profiles, or any other in-app channel.

4. How We Prevent & Detect CSAE

We use a combination of preventive controls and reactive measures:

  • Mandatory age confirmation at registration. Underage users are not permitted to create accounts.
  • OTP-based phone verification on every account, deterring anonymous and bulk accounts.
  • Profile review of suspicious worker / employer accounts flagged by community reports.
  • Keyword and pattern monitoring on chat messages and job descriptions for known CSAE-related terms.
  • Manual review of every report submitted through our in-app reporting system within 24 hours.
  • Permanent ban of devices, phone numbers, and IPs associated with confirmed CSAE violations.

5. In-App Reporting Mechanism

Every user can report content, profiles, chats, or behaviour that violates our Child Safety Standards. We provide multiple ways to report:

  • In-app: Use the "Report" option available on every worker profile, job posting, and chat conversation.
  • Email: Send a detailed report to our Child Safety contact (see Section 8).
  • Phone: Call our 24-hour support number for urgent reports.

All reports are confidential. We do not disclose the identity of the reporter to the reported user. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and may result in immediate account suspension during investigation.

6. Action on Violations

When a violation of our Child Safety Standards is confirmed, we take the following actions:

  • Immediate account termination of the offending user and any linked accounts.
  • Permanent device, phone, and IP block to prevent re-registration.
  • Preservation of evidence (chat logs, profile data, IP addresses, timestamps) for use by law enforcement.
  • Reporting to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in for offences under POCSO and IT Act.
  • Reporting to NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) where applicable.
  • Cooperation with law enforcement agencies (CBI, state police cyber cells) on all related investigations and lawful requests.

7. Compliance with Applicable Laws

Our standards are designed to comply with, at a minimum, the following:

  • Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 — India.
  • Information Technology Act, 2000 and IT Rules, 2021 (including Section 67B on child pornography) — India.
  • Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 — India.
  • Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Amendment Act, 2016 — India.
  • Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy.
